Those homes usually started with 100 to 150 amps, which felt like plenty in 1995 and feels tight today once you stack an EV, central AC, and a backyard ADU on the same service. Then there is the brand-new end of the spectrum. Baker Ranch, delivered roughly 2014 through 2020, is the newest stock in the city and typically already came with 200-amp service.
